No title music when the game loads, and no music or sound effects while in game. I have even run other games to see if they work.
I have checked all sound options in windows 7 which is my OS. I have triple check all the options in steam and within game. Sound issues (and the rest of the crap everyone is hating on) are what has it broken for me though. Ever since the patch, my game has been broken. I am too but my experience has been a little different. I see many are heated about the latest updates.
